HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Greetings all.

I purchased an HP Omen, however I find it having battery issues. I usually have my battery at 100% charging before I shut down. However, after not using my laptop for 2 weeks and turning it back on, the battery is at 0%. I’m really confused why the battery was drained when I didn’t even use it during these 2 weeks, I know for sure I have it shut down and not asleep. Perhaps it has to do with fast startup? Maybe windows update when I didn’t use it?

Thank you

I don't know why Microsoft and few other vendors (including HP) do not fix that. No matter what, batteries will drain when machines are off but NOT with that alarm speed.
