Omen 15-dc1058wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought this laptop at a local Walmart. Immediately upon startup the screen was black. I thought nothing of it and restarted it. It worked fine here and there but it took multiple start up attempts. Over a small span of time it slowly stopped coming on at all. I tried using an external source and nothing. I reset the BIOS and nothing. I tried the CMOS and nothing. Pulled the RAM sticks and they were fine.  No beeps no boots. Nothing. I have tried every little thing and not a single thing has worked. I eventually took it to a computer repair place and he said it had to be the motherboard. I can't get the screen to turn on at all now.  The virus hit during that time and I haven't had time to find answers until now. Suggestions?

If you are under warranty still or purchased an extended warranty, you need to contact HP and make a warranty claim. You will have to send it to them for repairs.
