My victus (Ryzen 5, RTX 3050 model) is not booting up after the latest Bios update. It is just blinking at certain intervals. I've already registered a complaint on it. But I've heard that we can solve this by making a recovery flash drive and downgrade to lower bios by pressing Win+B key after connecting the recovery drive. But i couldn't find the software which is to be copied in to the drive.
I've got the exe file from hp website. But when i try to make a recovery drive on another computer using that exe file, after agreeing terms and conditions window it stuck my PC. So can i get a copy file which works when we format the drive and rename it to HP_TOOLS.
I'm not sure which version the bios is (most probably f.14).
Or should I wait for the technician?
Note: I've got the bios update with latest window update (probably 22H2)
