Black screen appears while trying to boot

While I am trying to boot black screen appears the laptop is on but there is no light on display  please suggest a solution.

I see that you are facing a black screen-related issue when you try to boot your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

 

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?

What happens when you connect your system to the external monitor or a TV? Do you see any difference?
