Black screen with cursor after sleep mode

Quando meu laptop entra no modo de suspensão e eu aperto um botão ou mouse para ativá-lo, tudo o que vejo é uma tela preta com um cursor. O cursor se move, mas não consigo fazer nada até que eu desligue segurando o botão liga / desliga e reinicie. Este é um laptop novo, verifiquei se há atualizações e drivers e todos estão atualizados. Frustrante. Eu vi online para pressionar Window+Control+Shift+B para reiniciar a placa gráfica, mas isso não funcionou. Imagino que isso deve ser um problema comum, já que o laptop é novo e todos os drivers estão atualizados ... mas não encontrei uma solução simples online.

Thanks!  It's odd this is not a common problem since I just got this laptop.  Could it be a hardware issue?  I did add Norton 365 and Norton Utilities...not sure how to fix it.
