Product: omen 16

I want to set my omen16 battery limit but I can't acces bios setting. The screen was blanking and there is text "F10..BIOS SETUP" on the bottom left corner.
My questions are :

1. How to fix blank screen when trying to access BIOS setup?
2. How to set the battery limit without access BIOS setup?
