OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my Laptop on 24 october. It is Omen 16.1 inch gaming laptop. On the 28th, my Laptop got the blue screen error for the first time.

It was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL while the drive was rt64x64.sys.

I thought it would be over in one day, but things didn't happen as I expected. My laptop stopped getting the error from the next day, but while working, its screen would suddenly turn blank. It would happen for less than a second.

It is 1 November, and the blue screen error returned today. It had already happed three times.

Please suggest something to solve the issue. It had only been a week, and the laptop wasn't cheap.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined sofware or technical error.
