Hi @Kathir7

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for flagging that—when Device Manager shows a warning symbol on Bluetooth and says Windows doesn’t accept it, it usually points to a driver conflict or corruption, especially after a Windows update or system change.

Let’s walk through a structured fix to get your Bluetooth back in action:

🛠️ Step-by-Step Fix for Bluetooth Warning on HP Victus 15-fa0000

1. Uninstall and Reinstall the Bluetooth Driver

  • Press Windows + X → open Device Manager.
  • Expand Bluetooth, right-click the device with the warning → Uninstall device.
  • Check “Delete the driver software for this device” if available.
  • Restart your laptop—Windows may reinstall a working driver automatically.

2. Download the Latest Bluetooth Driver Manually

3. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Find Bluetooth and click Run.
  • Follow the prompts to detect and fix issues.

4. Check for BIOS and Chipset Updates

  • On the same HP support page, download and install the latest BIOS and chipset drivers.
  • These updates can resolve deeper compatibility issues.

5. Enable Bluetooth in Services

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Find Bluetooth Support Service.
  • Right-click → Properties → set Startup type to Automatic, then click Start.

Let me know how far you get with these steps, and I’ll help you dig deeper if needed. You’re doing all the right things—and we’ll get your wireless gear connected again 💪📶.
