Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z6AV)

Hello,

 

My bluetooth suddenly stopped working. I tried to reinstall the bluetooth driver but this did not work. I also can't see bluetooth anymore in device manager (don't see it in hidden devices aswell). 

I tried restarting multiple times but this didn't resolve the problem. 

Troubleshooting bluetooth tells me bluetooth isn't available on my laptop.

 

I hope someone has a fix.
