Dear Sir/MaamM
Hinge of my laptop was broken in October 2018 for which I contact the hp team as the laptop was in warranty. They then sent an engineer after a month to check the issue who handled the laptop very badly. He took off a few things and places them back taking pictures but in the whole process he broke the screen. I told him the thing immediately and he assured me that it will be done in warranty. He then left and they kept me waiting for 4 months and suddenly last month they reject my case stating that hi he breakdown is not covered under warranty but no one is now paying attention to the screen the engineer broke himself. I even contacted your team through WhatsApp but they will simply ignore the screen part and reply with hinge is not covered in warranty. Okay, I will get the hinge repaired all by myself but what about the screen your engineer broke. I am not able to use the laptop from past 4 months .
I have been talking to so many people but not getting any positive response.
Please help me with this case, I already suffered a lot because of this.
