Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I have been using OMEN by HP Laptop 17-w203nl and it was a great experience but somehow it's motherboard got some kind of problem i.e. short circuit. Now the laptop is not working, rather it’s not being turned ON neither on battery nor in plug-in mode.

 

1. How can I avail or buy a new motherboard for my laptop? If so then how much time will it take to do so for me and what will be the cost?

 

 

 

2. Can I avail or buy a new motherboard for my laptop which can fit in its casing but with updated processor and GPU i.e., it has i7-7700HQ (2.8 GHz) 7th Gen. What if I want 9th Gen or 10th Gen etc? If it's possible to have an updated Processor and GPU with the same Fitting, Please let me know the price.
