Hi everyone,

I'm considering to charge my laptop with type c port i don"t know whether my  laptop support  so that i need some advice. My laptop is an HP Pavilion Gaming 15 (model 8VD49AV) with an Intel® Core™ i5-10300H processor with GTX 1650 . Does anyone know if this model supports TYPE C (1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge);)charging or if there are any specific considerations I should keep in mind? Thanks for your help!

et’s check whether your HP Pavilion Gaming 15 (model 8VD49AV) supports USB Type-C charging.

Based on the information available, your laptop does indeed have a USB Type-C port with the following specifications:

Signaling Rate: 10Gbps
Features: USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge
