HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0020nl
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, i have a HP pavilion 16.1, with I7 10th, and gtx1650ti, and i use Archicad and Autodesk programs to work, when the pc is connected to the power it runs the programs normally, without lag or other things, but as soon i disconnect it from the power it became slower, and laggy, the 3D programs take more time just to move around and load the textures, even on small and light files, and when i connect it to the power it inmediatly runs normally, this isn't a problem when im working at home or my office, but when i have to go outside i can't work, but when i buy the pc it wasn't in that way, it didn't have that difference between connected and disconnected to the power.

There is an option under Windows 10 to give 100% CPU performance when running on battery. I can't find similar setup under Windows 11 therefore please use from "Power and sleep settings":
