Hello to everyone,

Since i bought this laptop (hp pavilion gaming 17-cd0012nt,7eb58ea model) Iam having some issues and its still going on. Bought it 2 weeks ago,it was brand new but couldnt even play a game properly because of the issues and now i have to live with it.

Firstly out of the box CPU temps were very high,i used different brands even 15 inch laptops this year havent seen anything like this. In graphics benchmark softwares temps are i can say ok, but when playing real games its heating to 99 degrees and throttle at 100 usually stays above 86-87. As you can see the reviews of this device on internet it seems not heating much, and silent. Well thats not around normal. GPU was fine though. Also i had static sound around speaker when i move the mouse.  So i gave the device service they told me they have changed the thermal paste and made termal maintenance. Well back home and another problem, buzzing GPU. well when i look from HWinfo,GPU-Z and Afterburner i see the GPU temps and Usage(stats) drop 0 time to time and fan suddenly cuts out without stepping down when it drops 0.Its not happening when i am trying gaming. but normal tasking. This was not happening before,1660 ti max-q was staying idle at 40-45 degrees. Is this normal? problem with temp sensors? i need help really,  I am from Turkey thanks.
