I know my question might be stupid but I'm still curious. I'm using Omen by HP with a GTX 1060 6GB, and it has G-sync enabled, I recently saw some laptop that can switch from G-sync mode to Optimus mode, so I just wanna ask is there any way that I can change the mode if needed? Since I believe that using intergrated graphics will safe more battery power than let the dedicated graphics card running the whole time. Hope I might have some answers.

@peace20201 , welcome to the forum.
What is the full model of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. Please furnish the nimbers/letters that replace the xx.

Thank you for the additional information, @peace20201 ! This is exactly what I needed.
I reviewed all of the specifications that are available on HP's website and could find no information about either G-Sync or Optimus Mode. Therefore, I am almost certain that the Optimus Mode will not be available.

Hello @peace20201
The Omen 15-dc0000 and dc000 CTO series only uses Optimus on models with a GTX 1050 or 1050ti.
The GTX 1060 and 1070 does not have switchable or "Optimus" ability.
Here is a clip from the manual explaining...
