Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, I bought a laptop two months ago, and noticed problems:
When the keyboard backlight is turned on,
the laptop starts to make a sound like a whistle
(I think there is some kind of short circuit), besides,
the indicator on the F5 and F11 buttons does not light up, and when game,
very rarely there are artifacts on
the screen, but I can’t capture it, because again, it happens rarely and very quickly.
How can I return the laptop and get my money back? It's been 2 weeks at the store I bought it from.

Normally NO, on some countries you can return within 30 days or 15 days. You can send machine back for repair, worse case you can get a replacement but not refund.
Regards.
