Can i disable Secure Boot without using the BIOS?

I want to disable Secure Boot, its causing issues for me with my gaming, 30 minutes and it crashes, one time its giving me the BSOD/ Black Screen Of Death and the other is just a straight crash, no screen and all black, I had my keyboard light on and it also turned that off - And i am scared of the BIOS..

Its secure boot keys based by the way. and i wanna install Linux! (Distro: Omarchy.)

Disabling Secure Boot can resolve certain compatibility issues, but it also means that your system will not be as secure against certain malware attacks. If you decide to proceed, here are detailed steps to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS:

1. Backup Important Data: Ensure that you have backed up important data before proceeding, as changes to the BIOS settings can affect the system's bootability.

2. Access BIOS/UEFI Settings:

3. Turn off your laptop completely.
4. Turn it back on and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly (once every second) until the Startup Menu opens.

5. Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.

6. Navigate to Secure Boot Settings:

7. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Security" tab in the BIOS menu.

8. Find the "Secure Boot Configuration" option and select it (you may need to use the arrow keys and Enter key to do this).

9. Disable Secure Boot:

10. You might see a warning that you need to enable Legacy Support to disable Secure Boot. If so, follow the prompts to enable Legacy Support first.
11. Once in Secure Boot Configuration, use the arrow keys to select "Secure Boot," and press Enter.
12. Use the arrow keys to change the setting to "Disable."

13. Press F10 to save changes and exit.

15. Once Secure Boot is disabled, use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Exit" tab.

16. Select "Exit Saving Changes" and confirm by pressing Enter.

17. Restart Your Laptop: The system will restart with Secure Boot disabled.
