Can't Open HP Omen Command Center

It has been a while since I can't open my HP Omen Command Center. No matter I click the app in Windows or the hotkey on the keyboard, the app just doesn't show up.

I tried to delete and re-install the Omen app from the Microsoft app store. I also tried re-install the OMEN command center SDK package a couple times. Neither of them works.

Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Hi @JazzUp

Thats strange. 

Go to the Services panel and see if the OCC is enabled there.

Type Services in the Search bar and hit the Enter key.

Go to HP Omen HSA and see if its enabled. If not, right click on it and set it to run Automatically.

Then click the Start button in the top left corner. Reboot and see if it still is running in Services.

IF so, try to run the OCC. Let me know what you find.

@Cayden_Knox15  Please start your own thread and give more details at to what is wrong and what you have done so far to fix it.

Post the full product number of the PC. it can be found in the HP Support Assistant.
