Hi @Aazir_Mohamed,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Victus 15 is stuck in a restart loop. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue.

Force Shutdown:

  • Hold down the power button for about 10-15 seconds until the laptop completely shuts off. Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to turn it on.

Check for Updates:

  • Ensure that Windows 11 and all drivers are up to date. Sometimes updates can resolve shutdown and restart issues.
  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.

Disable Fast Startup:

  • Fast Startup can sometimes cause issues. To disable it:
    1. Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.
    2. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
    3. Uncheck Turn on fast startup and click Save changes.

Check for Driver Issues:

  • Outdated or faulty drivers can cause problems. Check Device Manager for any warning signs (yellow exclamation marks) and update or reinstall the problematic drivers.

Run System File Checker:

  • Corrupted system files can cause restart issues. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command:

sfc /scannow

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Sometimes hardware issues can cause restart loops. Ensure that all hardware components (RAM, SSD/HDD) are properly connected.

BIOS Update:

  • Check if there's a newer BIOS version available for your laptop. Sometimes a BIOS update can resolve compatibility or hardware issues. Be cautious with BIOS updates and follow HP's instructions carefully.

Check Event Viewer:

  • Open Event Viewer (search for it in the Start menu) and look under Windows Logs > System for any critical errors or warnings around the time the restart loop occurs. This might give you clues about what's causing the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
