Hello, i am getting an error when I start up my new computer. This is the errors:
The USB that i am using works in another computer is an USB with a FAT32 of 28gb. Please help, should I ask for a refund or its something that i can easily fix myself? The only options i get is FreeDOS and HP Documents.

Hi:
To boot from a USB flash drive, have it plugged into your notebook's USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB diskette on key/USB hard drive and press the enter key.
The PC should boot from the flash drive.
