Ok, so our family has 6 different laptops that we routinely use to access games such as Roblox (both via the Roblox player and directly from the Roblox website).  Starting on June 21, 3 of our 6 computers suddenly stopped connecting to Roblox from the player or from the website.  All 3 computers that stopped connecting are all the same exact model computer that was purchased all at the same time with all the same specs, updates, etc.  They are all identical.  All of our other laptops connect without issues, but are older computers than the three I am writing about.

 

What I am wondering is why these 3 laptops suddenly stopped playing Roblox while the others are completely fine, and all stopped at the same time.  All of them worked fine before the June 21st date.  All other websites we regularly visit are working properly.

 

We've already contacted Roblox support about the issue and worked through all their steps.  Computers have been restarted, caches cleared, graphics drives are current and up to date, Roblox has been uninstalled and reinstalled.  We've specifically allowed Roblox access through the firewall.  We even factory reset one of the laptops to see if maybe a recent update didn't install correctly  and nothing has helped.  If anyone has any other solutions we can try, please let me know.  '
