Recently I´ve been with performance problems with GPU/CPU, searching and talking with support telling me to update all my PC drivers from HP page.

So I visited the HP drivers page and installed all related drivers with my laptop but one doesn't work.

It is the BIOS driver F.25 Rev.A from 2022. My lap have F.21 2020 and support told me to update this because it can be the thing that's causing problem with GPU/CPU performance, but it doesn't install well.

What I've done: Downloaded the driver with HP support assistant like every update and then click the "install" option. Everything works fine, it asks me to choose if I prefer to update or to put it on an external USB. I click update and it tells me that I need to restart the system to install. PC shut down and turn on to install but here it only shows a window that says something like BIOS update menu for less than a second and then it completely restart the PC.

First I though the update installed successfully but I checked and it's still with F.21 2020.

What should i do?
