Product: Envy M7 U109DX notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just bought a HP Envy M7 and I can't use my touchpad and keyboard at the same time when I play games because I need my touchpad to look around and keyboard to move around with the games I play I already turned off smart sense but that did not fix it

Please do the following:
Go to the Control Panel (large icon view) then > click Mouse > Device Settings tab > Settings. Under the Synaptics Settings, go to Pointing > Sensitivity > Palmcheck and set the palm sensitivity to the minimum and test the game.
If the issue persists, update bios and chipset drivers from the below link and test.
