Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am wondering if it would be possible to use the usb c port on the Omen 15 gaming laptop in order to charge the laptop slowly.

What is your omen 15 ? Normally an HP Omen 15 machine requires 150W or more charger. I don't know your machine therefore I can't say in details but if it had USB-C which supported PD you can use USB-C charger with wattage rating at least equal to current charger to charge your machine, lower wattage may be able to charge your machine overnight. Again, I need to know what is your Omen. My HP Omen 15" uses 200W charger.
