Hi @Mohammed_moiz26

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

You can download the correct audio driver for your HP Victus 16-d0302TX from HP’s official support page. The volume fluctuation you described may be caused by audio enhancements or outdated drivers.

Let’s resolve this with a few precise steps.

1. Download and install the correct audio driver

  • Visit the official HP driver page for your model:
    HP Victus 16-d0302TX Drivers – Windows 11
  • Select Windows 11 as your OS and download the latest Realtek High Definition Audio Driver listed under “Driver-Audio.”
  • After downloading, run the installer and restart your laptop.

2. Disable audio enhancements

Sometimes enhancements interfere with volume stability:

  • Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar → Sound settings
  • Under Output, select your audio device → click Properties
  • Go to the Enhancements tab (or Advanced) and disable all enhancements
  • Apply changes and restart the system

3. Adjust communications settings

Windows may reduce volume automatically during certain activities:

  • Go to Control Panel > Sound > Communications tab
  • Select Do nothing and click Apply

4. Run the audio troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
  • Run the Audio troubleshooter to detect and fix common issues

5. Update BIOS and chipset drivers

Outdated system firmware can affect audio behavior:

  • On the same HP driver page, download and install the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your model

These steps should help stabilize your audio output and eliminate the brief volume surge. If the issue persists after updating and disabling enhancements, I can guide you through checking audio services or reinstalling the driver manually. Let me know how it goes.
