@Raunak_10, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Pavilion laptop's Caps Lock light is blinking, but the system is otherwise working normally, here’s a breakdown of possible causes and what you can do:

Power Reset

Shut down your laptop.

Unplug it and remove any peripherals (mouse, USB devices, etc.).

Hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Plug it back in and boot up.

This clears residual charge and can sometimes fix keyboard controller glitches.

HP Diagnostics

Restart your laptop and press Esc repeatedly, then press F2 to enter HP Hardware Diagnostics.

Run the keyboard test and system tests.

If there's a hardware issue, it might show here.

Update BIOS and Drivers

Go to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.

Search for your model and install the latest:

BIOS update

Keyboard drivers

HP System Event Utility

Chipset drivers

Check for Accessibility Settings

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.

Make sure Sticky Keys, Toggle Keys, or other features are not turned on.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
