Caps lock blinking and touchpad not working but laptop is WorkIng fine

HP Recommended
HP 15 R203TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

My hp notebook is working till last two back. But, suddenly caslock started automatic on and off and blinking then touch pad also become slow and laggy and sometimes stop working.

After a lot's of search on the internet i have tried many of the solution but none of them worked.

The solution are tried by me are,

1) remove bettery and unplug device and press power button for 5 minute (Hard reset)

2) Format all data and reset again.

3) Reinstall os from flash drive.

4) Install latest driver for your touchpad and keybord.

Please, help me to solve this.

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support  option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
