I just got a Hp omen 17-cb0004TX but don't have its original charger i tried charging it with a 230w hp charger but it only charges when its turned off and doesn't charge while running can someone please help me find the right charger for this laptop thanks

The specs of your machine is

It requires 330 W AC power adapter part # 925142-850, 150W is too weak. Part 925142-850  is N/A from HP

  You can use part # and search ONLINE including eBay. I saw it on eBay for US$178 and on Australian market for A$210 to A$230. HP won't allow me to post those links, please use Google and search for HP 925142-850 Australia.

I used another hp 230 watt charger but it didn't work either it only charges the laptop when its turned off and when the laptop turns on it stop charging and is not detected by laptop at all so is it the charger fault pr something else?
