Hello.
Can cleaning my laptop with compressed air without removing the cover seriously damage my laptop? Or is there any safe way without removing the cover?.I care about it because the laptop is under warranty and HP service is not nearby and I need it amazingly for school and work

Well, I don't know what you might have done if you left the laptop running on the bed spread too long. But I dont really think the fact that the temps are running up to 75c is the problem. The system wont throttle the cpu unless its gets really hot like in the upper 90s.
You might have something installed that you don't know about. It could be running in the back ground periodically and taking up resources like CPU, causing your fps drops at that time.
Open the Task Manager (Ctrl/Alt/Del) and monitor the system starting with CPU. Click on the CPU column once to arrange the percentage from highest to lowest. Look at it when the fps drops to see what pops on and is using up resources.
If you do find a program or service doing that, you can disable it or uninstall it.
IF you do have a serious vent blockage, the only way to remove it is to take the laptop apart.
Or if its just easier for you, you could opt to reinstall Windows or do a factory reset. This will remove what ever settings or software might be causing the issues.
Let me know what you find.

Hello @Helpmeplease14
You can use canned air to gently clear out the vents. Just don't get too aggressive with it.
If the vents are really clogged, you will need to take the fan casing apart though.

? I just noticed that he overheats after 10-15 minutes when he wants to play something, at first the performance is as it should be, but later after the overheating performance decreases. The laptop is new, one day I put it on the bed to watch movies and then I dusty it and from that moment it began to overheat.

Well for one thing, if its a brand new laptop, its not going to be dusty inside.
Your laptop might be over heating for other reasons.
Games make the temperature go up because of the stress the game causes the CPU by working it harder.
What does the Omen Command Center say the temps are while gaming and what game is it?

using a gpu processor around 56 degrees. and using a processor around 76. Earlier you could play even 24/7 and performance did not drop at all. I know that I repeat myself but it happens from the moment I watch the movie on the bed. Please help and the game is league of legends

mean that when I turn on the laptop and plan to play something, for the first 10-15 minutes, the performance is perfect, the fps does not fall, and then suddenly it starts to fall, let's say from 144 to 120 later to 90 and it happens up to 50 and earlier as I was playing fps stayed around 140-144. As I say, it happens after I started watching movies on the bed, so I suspect that the laptop got a bit dirty inside and that's why. In other games, the fps was perfect, '' and after this incident i have lags after 15 mins of playing
