Well, I don't know what you might have done if you left the laptop running on the bed spread too long. But I dont really think the fact that the temps are running up to 75c is the problem. The system wont throttle the cpu unless its gets really hot like in the upper 90s.
You might have something installed that you don't know about. It could be running in the back ground periodically and taking up resources like CPU, causing your fps drops at that time.
Open the Task Manager (Ctrl/Alt/Del) and monitor the system starting with CPU. Click on the CPU column once to arrange the percentage from highest to lowest. Look at it when the fps drops to see what pops on and is using up resources.
If you do find a program or service doing that, you can disable it or uninstall it.
IF you do have a serious vent blockage, the only way to remove it is to take the laptop apart.
Or if its just easier for you, you could opt to reinstall Windows or do a factory reset. This will remove what ever settings or software might be causing the issues.
Let me know what you find.

I found a file that is turned on while playing called Delayed Launcher after turning it off, the fps returned to normal, but if this problem occurs again, I just clean it inside. I don't want to do the format because I have too many things on my laptop and I wouldn't have move them later. You helped me a lot 🙂
