Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 17t-cd0000 CTO

When I try to turn on my computer, the power light is on for about 3 seconds, then it turns off. No fan turns on, and do not hear anything happening. I have tried this with the battery out, and the AC charger plugged in, nothing. I have tried completely draining, and resetting the system, but taking out the battery, no power connected, hold the power button for 30 seconds. Still nothing. The LED is on when the power is connected, and the battery has power when I test it. What should my next step be to trouble shoot what is going on?
