Hi. I own a hp omen 15 1093 tx which is malfunctioning. It overheats very quickly when doing nothing and when I tried to check what the problem was, I found out that the cooling fans were not functioning and one was at 3500 - 4500 rpm and the other was running at less than 200 rpm. Please tell me if there is any way to fix this issue.

They work as designed, nothing wrong to fix.
Fans are controlled by heat sensors and depending on how hot the area is, each sensor will "tell" its fan to spin. From my view, this is a good design.
Regards.
