Hello @Kosht_Assassyan
It would help us to help you better if you post the full product number of your laptop.
It can be found in the HP Support Assistant.
To clarify, games play ok while plugged in to the AC power cord, but the games play at a low frames per second if playing on battery only?
If so, that is how laptops are supposed to work. The system will throttle the CPU/GPU to save power when on battery only. But it will supply full power to the hardware when plugged in.
You can control this a little bit in the graphic cards control center, depending on what card you have.
HP recommends you play games while plugged in to save your battery and improve performance when ever possible.

Thanks for response. Sorry but I messed up its nor gpu its cpu. And its not stable 0.79 GHz. Cpu goes 0.79 GHz about 2 seconds after goes back to normal about 2.5 GHz. And for a long time this problem appears while my laptop plugged in and all goes fine while laptop in battary mod but afer BIOS update everything turned around. Now i have GHz dropping while laptop running on battery and no dropping while plugged in. Its HP Pavilion Notebook and product number is 2PQ49EA#ACB

GPU or CPU the same rule apllies. This is normal when gaming on battery only.
You can go to Power Options and set the power plan to High Performance.
Then go to the Nvidia control panel and set it to operate Globally or per Program at... Manage 3D Settings>Power Management Mode>Prefer Maximum Performance.
Otherwise, Im not sure what changed with the bios update, but sounds like its running the way its supposed to now.

I have done all that stuff before. At first cpu throttled when AC is connected and worked normally when not. After F64 BIOS update (last one) its only throttling when on battery and chargei is below about 60 percent. But charge is above 60 I can game untill 0 percent without any lag. I wanted to tweak settings inside Advenced menu in BIOS but there is nothing like that. Is there a way I can manage that?

I cant help you with the bios tweaks because HP has it locked down to just very limited ability and no hardware tweaks.
I wish there was a way, just as you do. There is no Advanced Bios access, that was removed. Im sorry.
