bought a new laptop, customized it so i can play the latest games and then whenever I play the computer will either freeze or shut off or get a blue screen and this D com error keeps showing in event viewer tried a bunch of fixes nothing seems to work and diagnostic tests says everything is working fine anyone have any ideas? or fixes
