Pavellion 15 bc514tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an hp pavellion 15 bc514tx.It is equiped with intel i7 9th generation 9750h processor and gtx1650 gpu. Each game i play on this laptop either freezes or crashes after 5minutes of gameplay. Some games  like watch dogs and watch dogs 2 crashes without error and other games gives D3D intialization error. I have done updating the drivers ,updating directx ,restoring the laptop to factory settings, troubleshooting the compatibility.I had never faced such isuues on my previous machines and they are not even gaming machines. The laptop is launched in quarter2 of 2019.It seems like it is an hardware issue.Plaese reply if anyone knows  a fix.

The  error is causing due to overheating of the laptop. When i use a laptop cooler or decrease the clock speed of gpu the error does not occurs .It means  the laptop cooling mechanism is not good .

Good to know @NYD98

What are the temps when it crashes, have you been monitoring them?

A tool like HWMonitor works good for reading them.

I assume you are using a tool like Intel XTU for undervolting the CPU?
