Recently I bought the HP pavilion 15 Gaming laptop & found out that the product had issues(defective) & raised a complaint regarding it & was assisted by an hp engineer who visited my place & declared the product as DOA & I received the DOA letter as well, soon after receiving the letter I returned the product to retailer. Its been 5 days since i returned the product & I have not received the replacement unit yet as the retailer keeps telling me the specific model(15ec1048ax) is not available. I still gave him an option of another model(15ec1050ax) & got the same response that the selected model is not available & he keeps suggesting(I would call it forcing) the models I dont want. After listening to his words I feel that HP was trying to get rid of the last defective piece of that model.
I paid for 15ec1048ax model & want the same model, instead I keep gettting suggestions of other models which I'm not even interested in. I have even sent a mail to support regarding this issue & haven't even received a response. Everyone including the retailer seems to least bothered about their customers after a purchase is made. This shows carelessness & I'm very disappointed with these kind of behaviour.
I noticed my previous post was deleted so posting again.
