I have been contacting HP support right from the day I had received the product with hardware issues but not received full resolution yet. They have raised a DOA and technician has sealed the product but since then no one been contacting me to convey the delivery date of my new unit. It has been more than two days. Mailed & texted but no resolution - I am fed up with the service.

The partner of Hp, Savex team trying to miss guide me. As per the detailes quoted in DOA it is clearly said that "HP authorized agent will visit your place to deliver the new unit and correspondingly collect back the defective unit".

 

I am ready to collect my new unit and correspondingly give back the defective one. I lost trust in these last 7 days andni do not wanna risk anymore.

 

Why should a customer feel inconvinient for your mistakes ???

At last after drafting so many emails, calls and texts, today 1st Oct someone has spared their time to contact me but the solution is still under discussion. It has been 9 days from the delivery date and 5 days from DOA but still struggling to end the conversation.

 

Can anyone tell me, when could I get my replacement.

At last I have received the replacement unit today 3rd Oct after 10 days struggle. I have got a highly configured laptop as a replacement and diagnostics also went well.

Closing the day with a happy note before festival day.

Bro before delivering the new unit first the old unit has taken by hp and give the new unit or replacing the old unit and new unit at a time.

Delivery executive will give new unit correspondingly collect the old unit at same time. Please double check your DOA copy for the same instructions whether the same instructions are given or not. For me it was mentioned in the DOA and followed the same without any error.
