I have the hp omen 15-ek0013dx 2a137ua#aba and I’d like to disable Intel turbo boost for more comfortable temperatures but I can’t find my bios and I can’t find any options for turbo boost in my UEFI settings.

Welcome to the HP support community.
- From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Performance Options > Intel (R) Turbo Boost Technology and press Enter.
- Select a setting and press Enter.
- Disabled —Reduces power usage and also reduces the system’s maximum achievable performance under some workloads.
- Press F10.
I hope that helps.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

The bios for the EK is pretty light...
I have the same laptop, and use throttlestop, which works great, but the real changer for me for repasting the cpu
If you search on here for 'throttlestop' there are some settings and link to video on guide for the software
