Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P2A0AV)
Dear HP Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a gaming laptop we purchased for our son. The specific model is the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk2147ng (Product Number: 4H3J4EA, Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]). Unfortunately, it only functioned properly for exactly one year, crashing just one week after the warranty period ended. For the past year, we have diligently followed all troubleshooting measures provided on your website, yet the issue persists without any resolution.
To our dismay, we were informed that repairing the laptop would cost approximately €900. This is incredibly disheartening, considering we invested €1000 in this device, expecting it to be a reliable product. It feels unjust that we are facing such significant expenses for a problem that appears to be a manufacturing defect.
Is it fair for us to bear the burden of trusting HP with our purchase? Is this the quality we expected from a reputable company? Is it reasonable to subject our 12-year-old to such disappointment and inconvenience?
We demand that HP take responsibility for this issue. We request that you either repair the laptop or replace it at no additional cost to us. This is not just a matter of customer satisfaction but also a testament to HP's commitment to quality and reliability.
We look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
