Product: Omen 15 en1000AX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A week ago, I powered on my Omen 15 (en1000AX) and it was stuck on a black screen (the screen where you can check if there's blacklight bleed). I on and off it, the problem prevailed. I did it twice, it brought me to some options where I couldn't remember what I selected, and the issue was gone for a few days.

However, problem came up again today. This time, I was brought back to the option and I chose to reset my laptop via local reset. It worked after I reset, but as I turned on my laptop at night, it stayed black then only went to Windows login. 

I'm unsure of the issue as it seems it appears and disappears as it wishes. Would you kindly advice a layman? Thanks in advance.
