Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G39AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I bought this laptop in Mid-July 2023, the Full Charge Capacity and Design Capacity were 70070 mWh,

But now, As of today, Its Full Charge Capacity and Design Capacity are 66,235 mWh. 

It has been reduced by 6%, I don't know If it is normal or because of the Adaptive Battery Optimizer.
