Product: HP OMEN 15-dc0088nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own a HP OMEN 15-dc0088nr, product number 4WW41UA#ABA, i7-8750 with a GTX 1050ti and i would like to know if it has a thunderbolt 3 port.  I have looked on the piece of paper included in the box which explains what every port is and for the usb-c it only said it could be charging only OR it could have thunderbolt.  I have looked everywhere on the internet for an answer and cannot find anything.  It has the usb symbol next to it as well as a small lighting bolt.

No, it ONLY has  1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge) port. You can NOT charge your machine using that USB-C port. You can charge your phone, tablet ... only
