Does the Omen 15t come with RGB Keyboard?

Does the Omen 15t come with RGB Keyboard? Because on Amazon it does, and I am wondering if the ones bought from HP also has it, and the configurations only say "white legend" or "dragon red legend".

As others have said in your other threads, you need to be specific as to what model or product number you are asking about.

Some of the dc0XXX models have 4 zone lighting, which is not to be confused with full individual key rgb control.

IF the description only points to white or red legend, then its a red backlight keyboard.

Only the Omen X 17 inch series has FULL RGB keyboard lighting.

That one has a full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad.

So it has 4 zones of colored lights.

Hi. Does the https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/omen-laptop-15t-5tr05av-1 come with RGB four zone lighting? in the description it shows red dragon option only but the picture on the website shows the four zone RGB lighting option. 

The OMEN by HP - 15-dc0052nr comes with RGB but I want to know about the 15t-5tr05av-1 if it comes with RGB. looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

HP doesnt make if very clear with their description on that link.

You would do best to contact the HP Store and ask a rep.

Go to contact Support>Store Help.

I think it would have to be the one with the white legend, but I have never been able to get confirmation about it.

Hi! I have received so many questions about the keyboard options on Dragon Red and White Legend keyboard options on Omen laptops. These options do not affect the backlit keys. The only change they make is the color of the key caps, top and edges. So regardless the option you choose, you will still get RGB keyboard (4-zoned lighting) on today's models.

Hi! Just a correction to my post above:

You need to make sure that the configuration on the HP Omen 15t has the White Legend keyboard so you can get RGB backlighting, otherwise you'll get a Dragon Red keyboard which only has red masking/red keycaps and red backlighting.

Does the hp omen 15-dc100 CTO have a full 4 zoned rgb keyboard if the "white legend" option is chosen in place of the "dragon red legend"? I have heard a lot of things about it. I heard it only changes the key lettering color from red to white. I heard it only changes the backlight from red to white. And I heard it only changed the red masking to white. I just wanted to clarify.

P.S. if you find the answer, can you show a picture of what it looks like? Thanks.

Ive already answered this in your other post and Neil0321 has already stated it above.

Yes, if you choose the White Legend layout, it will have the 4 zone RGB keyboard.

White Legend = 4 zone RGB keyboard.

Red Dragon = 2 zone Red only keyboard.

The CTO comes with either choice in the Customize section when ordering.
