HEllo @Kawabanga

If you are needing the 3D drive guard update, this is the latest from your drivers page...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-by-hp-15-dc1000-laptop-pc/26122182/m...

There has been a glitch in regards to the Omen shortcut key. There is no fix at this time. HP is aware of it.

Sometimes reinstalling the Omen Command Center helps.

HP 3D DriveGuard (Windows 10 v1809) - this link is useless.

When i`m installing the OCC the laptop just restarts. Thats is all.

Saying the link is useless tells me nothing.

If you want help, be more specific.

Hi, @Kawabanga

You need this driver for that device...

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe

The ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004 should not be showing up in a 15-dc1028nm notebook.

That is the 1st generation hardware version of the 3D driveguard device which I don't believe was used on any HP notebook made after 2012.

Now that makes more sense!

You need to get that driver from the Microsoft Update catalog.

Be connected to the Internet.

Click on the HPIC0004 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the automatic search and after a few minutes, Windows should find, download and install the driver.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I will download the driver, extract the files to a folder, zip it up and send you a link to my skydrive folder with the driver file.

It is too big to attach, because I just tried and the forum website rejected it.
