Hello Everyone,

 

I have recently encounter an error on my pc and I need help to identify where is the source, it keep crashing some of my games on loading screen, I have Unreal Engine 4 Crash Reporter and it says:

 

"Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffffffffffff" 

 

I don't know what cause this error but I have try update, check drivers and scan for missing software but none work.

My comp if needed:

Intel i5

Win10 (x64)

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
