Hello!

When I try to update my computer in Windows Update, I always get the error code 0x80070003. And when I restart my computer, it says on the blue home screen that changes could not be completed and that the computer regrets them. How can I fix my problems?

Hi@SwedishHawk09,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

We understand that getting an error message while windows update.

check for the bios update ?

Also, update the graphics driver using this link.

You can try updating the drivers on your PC using an HP support assistant.

Refer to this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hey!

I tested updating my graphics drivers via the link though the computer said "Computer does not meet the minimum requirements". Then when I searched for updates on my computer with HP Support Assistant, there were no new drivers and the problem still exists.

Hi@SwedishHawk09,

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to be checked by taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team
