Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The title is exactly my problem. The ethernet adaptor does not show up in device manager and I am forced to use a wireless connection. This was not the case prior to the factory reset since I was able to use ethernet just fine.Screenshot 2024-06-09 130121.png

The ethernet adapter is there according to your screenshot, but it has some kind of problem.

 

Click to expand the ethernet adapter and what does the error report indicate?
