  • Every corner of the laptop screen is dark/brown/dim(not fully dark. I can see there content but dark ). Why is this happening? What is the way out? Will it increase in future?

  • I bought the laptop second hand. It had this problem from the time of purchase.He says that, it get dark by neutrally, without cause.

I understand you are facing a display issue with your HP Notebook PC. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

While you respond to that please try the below steps:

 

Update the BIOS & Video card drivers:

  • Here's the link to download and install the above updates: Click here
  • Once updated - Restart the PC and check

If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP PCs and Monitors - Damaged screen, LCD, or display
