OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc1092tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a 2019 Model of HP Omen Laptop that I'm using. I have recently seen an option for controlling fan speed in the Command Center in the Omen Laptop that my friend has. However, this option was not available and still is not available in my Omen Command Center.

Please Help!

Omen Command Center version : 9.5.12.0

No updates available on Microsoft Store for the same.

BIOS version : F14

@Daksh2701 Greetings from the HP Community!

Check the Performance Control to make the necessary changes to the way your fan works:

Change the performance of your OMEN notebook to the mode that works best for the task you are performing. The notebook remains in Default mode until you switch to comfort mode or performance mode.

NOTE:

Performance Control is only available on certain computer models. Refer to the OMEN Command Center features table in this document to see if this feature is available on your computer.

On the Performance Control dashboard, CPU temperature, GPU temperature and CPU utilization display in real-time.

Performance Control screen set on Default

FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: CLICK HERE & LOOK UNDER PERFORMANCE CONTROL > COMFORT MODE OR PERFORMANCE MODE.

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
