Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx

The fan controls in Omen Gaming Hub doesn't work anymore. None of the quick options such as eco, auto, or max work. Using manual also doesn't work. All of this used to work perfectly a month ago. But since then after a new update in omen gaming hub, I stopped working. I emailed Omen about this and they told me to installed a package called "OMEN Gaming HUB SDK.exe then restart. I did so but the problem still persists. After restarting, Omen Gaming Hub forces me to update performance control saying, "The required HP services cannot be found. To resolve this, please click the "update" button below." All of my games are overheating when I play on a respectable amount of FPS and graphics because the fans stay on auto.
